German Technical Rules for Pressure Equipment AD2000

In addition to European requirements for pressure equipment certification, Germany and some EU countries may also have national standards in effect. AD2000 (Merkblätter im Volltext) are regulations for vessels and other pressure equipment. These standards include requirements for vessels and pressure equipment, except for those used in nuclear energy. AD2000 requirements strictly comply with the regulations of directive 2014/68/EU and when meeting the requirements of these rules, manufacturers can be completely confident in their compliance with pan-European directives.
