Coronavirus did not stop the work of "RBI Concept" specialists

Specialists from the St. Petersburg company "RBI Concept" are participating in production control of equipment and testing at the machine-building plant in Podolsk ("ZiO-Podolsk"). These are conducted in continuous production under coronavirus pandemic conditions with full compliance with all necessary safety rules. The company has been providing equipment certification services for several years and has established itself as an effective and reliable partner. At the plant in Podolsk, which produces highly complex heat exchange equipment for fuel and energy companies, the "RBI Concept" team, under a previously concluded contract, is engaged in production control of equipment manufactured according to PED Directive 2014/68/EU with CE marking.

As a result of the work, TÜV Rheinland quality certificates were issued for the 3rd stage superheater.

Under the contract with Hitachi Zosen Inova concluded in 2019, "ZiO-Podolsk" is manufacturing 3rd and 4th stage superheaters for the "Riverside" power plant. The superheaters will replace similar equipment as part of the plant modernization. This is the first Russian equipment being manufactured for a foreign waste thermal treatment plant under a Hitachi Zosen Inova project.

With existing production capacities, the plant ensures quality and stability of characteristics of the manufactured products.

Quality control at JSC "ZiO-Podolsk" is at a high level, with an implemented technical control system that is an integral part of the production process. The technical control department carries out incoming inspection of materials, components and tools received at the enterprise intended for main production, control of their compliance with established requirements when transferred from warehouse to production, operational control, acceptance control of finished products and other control operations provided for by the approved technological process.
