Building up our forces!

During a period of challenging economic conditions, RBI continues to develop. We were able to expand our instrumental testing base for expert-class research. Our testing laboratory has received and successfully mastered new expert-class equipment - the OLYMPUS GX53 metallographic microscope. Its specifications and the software package supplied with it enhance the quality of research and the objectivity of obtained information.

High resolution up to 3000x magnification and deep focus allow obtaining quality images even of unprepared test samples. In turn, the software enables acceleration of image processing and eliminates the human factor in obtaining research results. An example of the microscope's operation is presented in a new report on the causes of gas turbine blade failure at one of our clients' facilities.
