About the Program
The program was developed jointly with RBI Concept LLC and the training center of PJSC Gazprom — Gazprom ONUTC Private Educational Institution. It is aimed at implementing modern reliability management and equipment maintenance methods at PJSC Gazprom enterprises.
The training was attended by specialists from:
- Orenburg Helium Plant (Gazprom Pererabotka LLC);
- Orenburg Gas Processing Plant.
Training Format and Content
The course included theoretical and practical sessions on the following topics:
- Modern approaches to risk management in equipment operation;
- Principles of production asset reliability;
- Methods for improving the efficiency of maintenance and repair programs;
- Practical application of risk-oriented methodologies based on international standards.
Additionally, the following were covered:
- Modern equipment diagnostics methods;
- Digital solutions in technical maintenance;
- Planning and optimization of maintenance and repair programs considering risks.
Lectures and practical sessions were conducted by experts from RBI Concept LLC, who have experience in implementing solutions in the field of risk analysis and reliability management.
Training Results
Upon completion of the course, participants successfully passed testing and received certificates of the established format for professional development.
