RBI Training: Training of RusChemAlliance specialists on API 580 and 581 standards

From Theory to Practice: RBI Training for Enhanced Safety and Efficiency

At the end of December, a training session on "Risk-Based Inspection Process using RBI / API 580 and API 581 methodology" was conducted for specialists from RusChemAlliance LLC. This training - a stage in preparation for work at the plant under construction, laid the foundation for further cooperation between companies in the field of improving the safety of production processes. The goal of the training was to develop comprehensive understanding and practical application of RBI methods in accordance with API standards.

Intensive Program and Practical Focus

Over three days, training participants studied real cases, discussed approaches to risk assessment, and practiced strategies for applying API 580 and 581 standards. Special attention was paid to the impact of inspection processes on safety.

Focus on Technological Solutions

A separate block was dedicated to specialized software - the RBI CONCEPT® software complex, which generated interest among engineers and managers at RusChemAlliance. This tool systematizes equipment reliability management and opens new opportunities for process optimization.

Upon completion of the course, participants underwent testing and received state-standard certificates confirming their acquired knowledge and skills.
