Moderating the conference section "SEYMARTEC TO&R 2024"
On September 24-25, 2024, in Chelyabinsk, representatives of RBI Concept LLC participated in the "Seymartec MRO 2024" conference dedicated to improving the efficiency of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) in the mining and metallurgical complex and mechanical engineering.
The conference discussed practical approaches to improving equipment reliability, optimizing planned preventive maintenance, and reducing equipment downtime risks. In particular:
Strategic Approach to Asset Management
- Digital transformation, cost reduction, adaptation to limitations.
- Reliability-centered methods, risk management.
Import Substitution
- Application of Russian software, transition from imported platforms, technological sovereignty.
Digital Tools and Technologies
- Equipment monitoring, predictive analytics, application of AR/VR, mobile solutions.
- Development of digital twins, automation of planning, IIoT and software robots.
Equipment Efficiency Management
- Cost optimization, overall effectiveness monitoring, use of LEAN technologies.
Practices and Experience
- Implementation of MRO systems, capital repair works, corrosion management, extending equipment service life.
The sections focused on applying modern technologies, sharing experience, and adapting to new challenges, including import substitution and digitalization.
RBI Concept CEO Natalya Luzina moderated the section "Digitalization of Monitoring, Predictive Maintenance Practice." The section featured three presentations:
- PAO Severstal, dedicated to identifying malfunctions at early stages.
- RedSystems LLC "Predictive Analytics System for Mining Equipment Power Units."
- RBI Concept LLC, "Implementation of Domestic Solutions in Equipment Reliability Management Using Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) Approach."
Our partners' presentation - Irkutsk Oil Company in the "Implementation of Strategic Approach to Asset Management" section was dedicated, among other things, to implementing the RBI CONCEPT® software complex in the maintenance and repair (MRO) management system. Attention was paid to how this solution improved planning and control processes.
