Construction supervision

Inspection control in construction (previously - technical supervision or construction supervision, construction control) is a complex of verification activities for controlling construction work, carried out to ensure precise compliance with project-determined costs, timelines, volumes and quality of performed work, as well as construction materials. Construction control services must be provided throughout the entire construction period - from the beginning of the construction process to the commissioning of the facility. The necessity of its implementation is explained by safety guarantees of the erected building or structure.

Construction Control

Construction control is carried out based on the provisions of Article 53 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation, paragraph 3 of the Regulation on the procedure for conducting construction control during construction, reconstruction and major repair of capital construction facilities, approved by Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated June 21, 2010 No. 468, as well as provisions of SNiP 12-01-2004 (SP 48.13330.2011) "Organization of Construction".

Within the framework of independent construction control (technical supervision) during construction, our specialists perform the following work:

1. Verification of the availability of documents certifying the quality of structures, products, materials used in construction (passports, test certificates, etc.).
2. Examination of laboratory test results (static tension/compression testing, tests to determine impact strength characteristics, bending tests, ultrasonic/radiographic control, color defectoscopy, etc.)
3. Control of compliance with regulatory document requirements in the field of welding and quality control of welded joints; supervision of compliance with the design volume of welded joints; control of timely elimination of welded joint defects.
4. Conducting incoming control, selective, operational control, intermediate, inspection and acceptance control work.
5. Control of contractor compliance with Customer requirements, project, regulatory and technical documents, technological recommendations, etc.
6. Control of work performance by organizations engaged in construction and installation work, repair or reconstruction of technical devices, equipment and structures used at hazardous production facilities (HPF).
7. Implementation, as ready, with participation of General Contractor representatives, of intermediate acceptance of critical technical devices, structures and facilities during construction of hazardous production facilities.
8. Regular provision of information about identified deficiencies and issuance of recommendations for their elimination.
