HAZOP Training
We present the "HAZOP" training course for acquiring skills in identifying potential hazards and operability problems at hazardous industrial facilities, and as a supplement, the LOPA course, which will enable conducting studies of the adequacy of protective measures identified in HAZOP.
The developed approach and curriculum allows for relatively easy mastery of the course even without specialized academic knowledge. The course is intended for: project managers, operations managers, process engineers, operators, and risk management specialists.
You can take either a HAZOP training course or an extended HAZOP + LOPA course of your choice.

Relevance
HAZard and OPerability (HAZOP) studies are recognized worldwide and are the leading qualitative risk assessment methodology.
In the last 5-10 years, Russian companies and legislators are increasingly turning to HAZOP methodology to improve safety of technological processes at hazardous production facilities (HPF).
HAZOP advantages for your business:
- Improved safety of personnel and equipment.
- Reduction of insurance premiums by up to 40%.
Compliance with requirements:
- Federal Law 116 "On industrial safety of HPF".
- Rostechnadzor Order No. 533 of December 15, 2020.
- GOST R 27.012-2019 "HAZard and OPerability analysis (HAZOP)".
- GOST R IEC 61511-3-2018 "Functional safety".
Conducting HAZOP helps achieve:
- High safety level of designed and operated facilities.
- Protection of personnel and environment.
- Equipment operability and stable profit.
Importance of HAZOP methodology in the modern world
For almost 50 years, global industry has been guided by the motto "Safety first". This principle is supported by government requirements, such as Federal Law 116 "On industrial safety of HPF" and Rostechnadzor Order No. 533.
